In 2022, Western Energy Group was engaged by DMB Fluid Technologies to design, construct and install a new lubrication control system for the HME workshop, fabrication workshop and LV workshop at the Solomon site. The project required creating an efficient system to manage lubrication processes across multiple workshops, ensuring streamlined operations and reducing downtime for maintenance activities.
Western Energy Group locally built all control panels in their Perth workshop, leveraging local expertise and resources to ensure high-quality construction. The system programming and commissioning were completed onsite, allowing for real-time adjustments and optimisations. The single integrated system was designed to operate across nine lubrication racks, providing a cohesive and efficient solution tailored to the specific needs of the workshops.
